We have gained inventory over June, which is much-needed! The Eastside gained 56 properties comparing June with July. For residential properties, the average days on market in July was 15 days with a list to sales price ratio of 102.68%.
In King County as a whole, the average days on market was 17 with a list to sales price ratio of 102.97%. King County also gained inventory going from 3,216 listings in June to 3,596 listings in July.
